Posterized: Now Playing December 1981
We've reached the end of the monthly Posterized feature for 1981 releases. And finality is a reoccurring similarity between many of the films released in December 1981. Though by no means do they represent the heights of their talents, amongst the films that opened are the final works of Billy Wilder, Henry Fonda, Andy Kaufman, John Belushi, Melvyn Douglas, Fred Astaire and Douglas Fairbanks Jr (the last three all in the same film).

Great to see you back, Colonel. Quite a mix that month. I was somewhat disappointed with GHOST STORY and ROLLOVER. But, ah... ABSENCE OF MALICE, REDS, and of course, SHARKEY'S MACHINE. I'm looking forward to your project wrap-up. Happy Holidays.
What is Sharkys Machine? Why cant you lean on it? I must see it and find out!
Thanks Leopard, life's been crazy. Never saw Rollover. Enjoyed Absence of Malice, Red and Sharky's Machine. Just curious did you ever see Buddy Buddy? I am a big admirer of Billy Wilder but it's complete absence on DVD and little word of mouth lead me to think its probably not the high note career ender that say All the Marbles was for Aldrich.
Mummbles, you can read my review of Sharkys Machine here:

Just remember, you don't lean on Sharky's Machine, Sharky's Machine leans on you!
I support your idea very much and here is a good choice for you no matter what mood you are: just remember to pay attention to the fashion trend of New Hermes bags such as Hermes Kelly Birkin or the other style of cambridge satchels or cambridge satchels bags. I promise you will relax yourself.
